  3. Billing information including name, address and credit card information so that we can process payment to deliver our products or services to you
  4. Personal data to provide health coaching programs, digital classes, program or services to you

Other Information We May Collect

Anonymous Data Collection and Use

To maintain our Site’s high quality, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Sites by identifying which areas of the Site are most heavily used, and to display content according to your preferences. Your IP address is the number assigned to computers connected to the Internet. This is essentially “traffic data” which cannot personally identify you, but is helpful to us for marketing purposes and for improving our services. Traffic data collection does not follow a user’s activities on any other Sites in any way.

We use Google Analytics to gain insights into the activity of users on our Sites. A unique tracking code on our pages automatically collects information about your use of the Sites, such as your click-stream data, browsing history, IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicks conversion information, and geographical location.


When visitors leave comments on the Site in response to our blog articles, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Share With Third Parties

We may share your information with trusted third parties such as our CRM system in order to streamline our program and service delivery, our merchant and payment gateway accounts to process payments, our online health tracking platform to provide you with a customized dashboard with analytics, our eLearning platform to deliver digital classes, our cloud-based intake form platform, our electronic file transfer service, and laboratory providers.

Business Transfers

We may share the information we collect, including Personal Information, with any third party in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, purchase, sale (including a liquidation, realization, foreclosure, or repossession), or any other type of acquisition of all or any portion of Company assets, conveyance or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Viewing by Others

Some of your activity on and through the Sites as well as social media channels is public by default of them being online. Note that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Data available for viewing by others online through this Site, its content, social media channels, or public forums, it may be seen, collected and used by others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information that you voluntarily share (i.e., sharing a comment on an online blog article, posting in a Facebook page or group that we manage, sharing details on a group call or webinar, etc.). We use trusted third party websites to provide an efficient streamlined digital process for delivery of our programs and services (i.e., CRM, electronic forms, payment processor, cloud-based intake forms, electronic file transfer, laboratory providers, supplement companies, eLearning platform, private Facebook groups, health tracking & analytics dashboard). Your use of the third party websites is voluntary. You can opt out of using the third party websites and alternative processes will be found.

We may also link to websites on our Sites, program content, social media channels or email communications including providing helpful resources and article references.

We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of any other individual, company or entity whose website or materials you use, and thus we cannot be held liable for the privacy of the information on their website or that you voluntarily share with their website.
